Modified atmosphere packaging machine is to package food with
packaging materials with gas barrier performance. According to the
customer’s demand, a certain proportion of mixed gas of oxygen +
carbon dioxide + nitrogen, nitrogen + carbon dioxide and oxygen +
carbon dioxide is added into the packaging to prevent the decline
of food quality in physical, chemical and biological aspects, or
slow down the decline of quality, so as to prolong the shelf life
of food and improve food quality and price
This machine is designed two-way pneumatic tray packaging, it have
one more set sealing mold than common MAP machine. We put the trays
in the mold in one side and trays will be packed in the mold and
out in another direction. It greatly improves the efficiency of packaging and saves labor
cost.
1. This machine is suitable for all kinds of food box packaging,
automatic filling N2, sealing packaging, cutting, packaging
finished products and other steps.
2. It can intall a coding machine & a labeling machine if customer
needs.
3. Built-in cutter,dry and moist modes led indicator lights,
suction hose jars and container food gas flush
4. The mold shape can be customized according to the packaging
style selected by the customer.
5. The gas replacement rate: >98%.
6. The mixing accuracy error of fresh-keeping gas: US Imachine gas
mixer or German WITT gas minxer <0.5%; Our own Yiteng mixer, for
fixed rate it is < 1%, Adjustable proportioning mixer is <
5%, it's up to customer's demands.
